Using the platform
Subbie connects builders with independent subcontractors. Browsing the jobs feed and directory is free. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you publish.
Listings
Jobs must describe real, available work. Listings that are misleading, duplicated or used to harvest contact details may be removed without notice.
Subscriptions
Builder subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled any time from your account. Checkout is currently in test mode and no charges are processed.
Engagements
Any contract, payment or dispute between a builder and a subcontractor is between those parties. Subbie is not a party to the work agreement.
